So, at TJ = 25 °c, shutter voltage (VGS)= 10V, Open channel resistance (RDS (ON)) was 1,2-1,4 Ohm, that's eight times higher than the norm! According to datasheen (RDS (ON) at TJ = 25 °c, VGS = 10V should be 0,16 Ohm. In general, these transistors place in the trash bin, or seek application in less loaded schemes. How did you get these Chinese crafts already! Almost all power transistors (MOSFET and IGBT) on Zeano do not meet the stated parameters. Rare luck when normal transistors come! I will not open the communicate, since more frost than money.

Looks good, took about a month to the US. Still in the bags actually. Part numbers are legibly marked so I don't mix them up.
